COLTS FOOTBALL
The Colts are TFL's select NFL 5 on 5 flag, TAAF 8 on 8, & 7 on 7 team . The Colts are all skill players who play games based on speed, quickness, timing, and accuracy . They all must be proficient in route running, being able to read coverage's, the ability to stunt & change defensively on every play. The Colts players and families enjoy some of the most exciting tournaments offered. The parents on the sidelines will tell you these are the best events offered in youth sports.
Around the country flag football tournaments are as big as baseball tournaments are in Texas. This organization travels the state to compete against the top teams.

TAAF 8 man State Champions 2011
College Station - The colts played in the 8 on 8 TAAF state championship against teams from all over the state of Texas. TAAF started in 1925 and runs 1 state tournament a year for youth and mens flag football teams . 8 man flag football is played on a full size football field & is non contact . The biggest challenge the 12 U colts had to over come was getting used to the rusher coming from right at the line of scrimmage and not 7 yards back like in 5 man. The team played great on both sides of the ball . They won the double elimination tournament and TFLs first 8 on 8 championship . Way to go guys !!

NFL REGIONAL CHAMPIONS! 2011 12-14 U division TFL COLTS
Dallas - The Colts went 5-0 to win the Dallas regional 12-14 U division. They had a great mix of kids who played well as a team. This group was the youngest of all the teams in this division in Dallas. Some amazing plays by all the kids over the weekend. They played last years Nationals runner up and won 19-13 to get to the finals . In the championship game they played a very strong team from Cedar Park. The Colts won Championship 20-9.
